Hello Friend - Potential Benefactor/Donor and/or Investor/Backer

If you have always wanted to help develop a new Intentional Community, now is your chance to become a Community Supporter - A) Benefactor / Donor or B) Investor / Backer by making a Donation! Currently we are seeking Donations of; Housing, Land and/or Financing, to help Kick Start our communities plan / time line, along with On-Going Regular Support. And because the Alt Terra Commons project has many varied needs, every Financial Donation, of any amount, will make a real difference and is greatly appreciated. And in gratitude, every Donor will be listed in a Unique Donors Kiosk that will be placed in our Welcome Center. Plus, for Donations of $10,000 or more you will also have your Name listed in a Special Founders Memorial. And for those who donate housing, land and/or financing, valued at $100,000 or more, you will in addition have a Special Plaque dedicated to you and your Family's Name. Finally, we will also accept a Legacy Gift - place us in your will, and may consider working with an Existing Community and/or Non-community Property Owners that want to share / divide their property, at No or Little Cost to us, and who are willing to Adopt / Integrate our unique Community Vision.

1. Financial *Donation / Investment - small to large and one time or monthly.

This is your chance to help Support the Alt Terra Commons Project by Donating / Investing Finances. Whether it is a Small or Large amount and as a One Time or Monthly Gift, every little bit helps.

2. Property *Donation - house(s) and/or land.

This is your chance to help Support the Alt Terra Commons Project by Donating Property. Whether it is Houses, Land, Products or Equipment etc, your Gift will make a huge difference.

3. Estate Planning *Donation - offering a legacy gift.

This is your chance to help Support the Alt Terra Commons Project by Including us in your Will / Estate Planning. Whether it is for Finances, Houses, Land and/or Something Else, any Gift you offer will be greatly appreciated.

4. Supplier *Donation - products, equipment and/or services.

This is your chance to help Support the Alt Terra Commons Project by Donating Your Companies Products. Whether it is Products, Equipment or Services your Business Gift will help us reach our goals by reducing our costs.

As you may already know, Alt Terra Commons is a Member Financed Community, this means all costs,
"Start-Up " and "On-Going " - see Examples below, are *Divided Equally by all of it's Members.

But with your Kind Donations these Member Costs can greatly be Reduced.

*Examples of Estimated Minimum Property Costs:

I. *Options 1 & 2 - Rural or Suburban House(s) - 4 Bedroom+

A) Start Up = about *$150,000-200,000+/- plus B) Monthly = about *$4,000-6,000+/-

and/or

II. *Options 3 & 4 - Medium or Large Rural Land(s) - 40 to 100 Acres+

A) Start Up = about *$250,000-350,000+/- plus B) Monthly = about *$6,000-8,000+/-

*NOTES:

I. The "Start Up" funds are for Property Purchase - down payment, misc fees, and some repairs/remodel, etc.

II. The "Monthly" funds are for Regular Costs - mortgage payment, taxes, misc fees, utilities and some building/upgrades, etc.

III. The Minimum "Founding Member" Requirements per Property are: I. House(s) #4-8, and II. Land(s) #10-20.
