Residents and is the "Small" Version of the Medium Size ATC Community below.

 Medium Size Eco-Farm - This is a Rural Land/Property designed for up to #40+/- Member Residents and

is the "Scaled Down" Version of the Large Size ATC Community below.

A) "COMMON MEMBER" - Annual Income of  *$50,000 and Below - **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1-A. Basic Join Fee - Low Income pays *$1,200+, Avg pays *$6,000+, Mid pays *$12,000+ One Time for the Eco-Ranch option

B) "CHARTER MEMBER" - Annual Income of  *$100,000 and Above - **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1-B. Basic Join Fee - High Income pays *$25,000+, Higher pays *$50,000+, Highest pays *$100,000+ One Time for the Eco-Ranch option

~ YOUR CHOICE OF 2. DUES and 3. HOUSING COSTS ~

2. Basic Facilities Dues - Standard *$60+ Total, or Add on Essential Basic *$120+ Total, or Add on Essential Upgraded *$180+ Total Monthly

for the Eco-Ranch option.

A. LIVING  SPACES - **CAMPING or **PARKING AREAS

3-A. Basic Housing Rent - Starting at *$120+ or *$220+ Monthly, for the Eco-Ranch option, Plus

the Cost of the Housing Structure you Bring or Purchase.
