Hear button, at the top of the page.  Once there, simply follow the Instructions.  There is a

lot to Explore on our Website.  And to Become a Member, click on the Joining Button

>  HOW RESIDENCY WORKS - *GENERAL PRINCIPLES  <

​

I. Lifestyle - Everyone lives a Better Life based on Minimalism, Health and Fitness,

Sharing and Helping Others, plus Spirituality and Personal Growth.

II. Housing - You Bring or Build your own Eco Friendly and Self Sufficient Small

Dwelling or Move Into any Community Owned Structures when available.

III. Income - You Provide your own Finances via any Legal Option such as: Passive

Income, Self Employment, Retirement Income, Local Job or Onsite Work.

IV. Management - All Community Operations which includes: Design, Construction,

Maintenance, Financing, Leadership, Rules, Decision Making and so on, plus all Daily

Chores, Meetings, Work, Classes and so on, are Performed by YOU - the Residents.

V. Ownership - All Community Assets are Held in Perpetuity by a Non-Profit Trust that has

an Advisory Board to Oversee all Major Decisions, plus Legal and Financial Matters.

VI. Possessions - All Personal Belongings, Moveable Items Not Placed in the Community Pool of Assets,

belong to each Individual Owner. IE: Income, House, Car, Furnishings, Equipment, Clothing, and so on.

VII. Costs - Everyone pays a One Time Join Fee and Monthly Rent, including Misc Fees, based on

Equality as follows: Shared Overall Community Cost Minimum, plus Type of Housing/Space

Size Chosen, plus a Fair Cost Adjustment, up or down, determined by Income.

VIII. Adaptability - This Community is a Forward Looking Work In Progress, so we are always

Implementing and/or Testing New Concepts and Processes plus Products and Services with

the intent of producing Better Results and/or Positive Benefits for all our Residents.

IX. Fulfillment - Imagine having the ability to Make Your Dreams Come True.  To Live in a Place

where Your Vision and Your Ideas are not only Wanted but actually have a chance of being Heard and

Realized.  How? Because most Decisions made here at ATC are achieved by Modified Consensus, which

means that whatever it is you would like to do, potentially can be done as long as no one Objects.

X. Participation - Ultimately this Community can Only Thrive Because of YOU, the Residents - an

Ever Growing Group Of People, Friends and Family - a United Village that is Working, Living, Creating and

Playing Together in order to Achieve Something Great - To Make The World A Better Place To Live!
